Chateau de La Roche

We toured the Chateau and had a picnic on the terrace. It is absolutely lovely with flowers, trees, and the river. It is not visible from any of the main routes and is hiding out in the countryside waiting to be discovered.

The ladies that provide tour services were very nice. They ask all visitors their nationality and were so excited to have people from the Etats-Unis.  We enjoyed talking with them in a mixture of French and English.  It was a very beautiful day.
